I have a bit of time to myself today, and the plan was to go to the gym. I guess this page is a record of my accountability, and all the excuses I’ll use to get out of going.
I want to become one of those people who enjoys going to the gym, and sees it as something fun and not a chore.
I also wanted to use my time today to plan ahead as to what meals we’ll eat next week. We have a few things in the fridge that need using up, and in an attempt to waste less money, I should really look at what we’ve got first.
